Third party email service error

Why can’t I use my email address with a third party service? I’ve followed all the steps presented to me and still get an error message “Can't add an account? Check our Help Page for a possible solution.”

Hello, thank you for reaching out. I am using Spark, which has been working for months until, last week. I have a subscription that’s been active since November. And the Apple mail seems to have the same problem after working for months. Thanks for any help with this matter.

Yes my account is active and I am able to login and  receive email from the account.

It would help to check to ensure you have turned on access for the third-party applications, as you can see here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/third-party-email-access. Have you used Spark/Apple Mail before, or is this your first time setting these services up?

my third-party application is enabled and yes, I’ve used spark. Apple is currently working right now. All we need is spark.
