Thief left someone else's streaming box on my porch.

So anyway, this person brings a box up to my door while I'm gone, presumably to try and look legit, leaves it, and then picks up my dog's Chewy shipment and steals it.  One would think the big "Chewy" logo might indicate the rather low value of the box, but I digress.  My question is, what can I do with this streaming box?  My guess is they had just stolen it and then decided it was worthless to them so dumped it on me.  Can a customer service rep get with me, and I provide the MAC, so it can get to the intended recipient... again and maybe not get stolen this time?

@username82715 Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. Goodness the lengths people will go. The amount of money that I spend on dogfood I would be super upset about the loss of my Chewy order. I appreciate you reaching out to find out how to return the cable box that isn't even yours.

You can always return equipment at any open Xfinity Store. Find instructions for how to make an appointment to drop your equipment at stores.

For customers who either can’t or prefer not to go to a store, we have free UPS at-home pickup available. Visit our Digital Return Center and select the devices you would like to return. Then box up the equipment, print your UPS return label and call 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule the pickup. As always, you can also package up your devices and hand them off to your local UPS driver or take them to a UPS store and they will package up your return for you. Be sure to visit for the most up-to-date UPS locations and store hours.
