They talked me into leaving verizon
Ok I was sitting outside talking it’s my neighbor when I got a call from Xfinity who I have been with for cable n internet for 30 years so I answered on speaker the lady talked n talked bout how I have been with them so long that I’m gonna get a free iPhone and free service for a year and if I would transfer right now I would lso get my Verizon bill paid I go I call [Edited: "Language"] she goes no it’s true I go why company would ever give away a free phone and service for a year for free this sounds like a scam and I said this about ten times in front of my neighbor an she goes I assure you it’s not you have been. Loyal customer for so long that we’re not only gonna give you that and pay the bill but we’re also gonna give you a second phone. Galaxy at no. Tra cost it’s a free year of service I go now it was already sounding like [Edited: "Language"] now it’s insane two phones two years free and you will pay my Verizon bill.?she said absolutely sir there’s no catch it’s just you have been one of our longest customers and we go through and pick a couple customers every year to receive these and I said no way again with a laugh even my neighbor was laughing well she finally talked me into this and the next day my phones rrived but another two weeks after that so did something else a boil for 900$ but not only one bill there double hitting me as they are still charging me separately for the cable bill which magically jumped to 240$ a month so the good thing was I recorded the phone call automatically so I went into Xfinity at the Lynnwood mall and first the guy working couldn’t believe his ears he goes your lucky you got that so he goes let me let my manager here this so even after the manager heard this he goes I can give you 25$ credit and why I do that I will talk to my higher up to get this all reversed for you well he gave me his number said call him back after the weekend and he will have it all fixed for me well lied to again for the fifth time I had all ready got lied to on the phone. Few times more I called and they would always say he would call me back he wasn’t there or he was busy well needless to say not one return call no reimbursement.So back to the drawing board a lot of missed work a lot of money now I got a super bill from Verizon for 1500$ this just sucks so I finally got a manager on the phone from city and I will tell you there all lies everyone of them there anyways he said he believed me and he was gonna get it all fixed and he did he is gonna give me 25$ for the hassle right when he said that I new I was getting lied to I said why are you gonna give me 25$ I said why don’t you give
me the 5000$ I’m out all ready he said I’m on it you will see credit within 48hrs I said I don’t believe it your giving m 25$ to hover m off the phone and the good thing wa I got all thi recorded he lied to me and my friend wa a witness so free least 25 phone calls multiple lies multiple sling to put me on hold never coming back well I finally got fed up and when they get on here and tell you to send them everything trying to make it sound good for everyone reading these messages well that’s a [Edited: "Language"] to they all [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
