They refuse to give me my refund!
I was never able to set up my service, and was told I would be refunded IN DECEMBER. I've talked to dozens of people time and time again and they SWEAR my refund is coming, but it never does. If they don't give me my money back, I'm going to the indiana attorney general, and I will blast you in every available forum I can! If anyone from Xfinity sees this and actually WANTS to resolve the problem, email me: [Edited: "Personal Information"]
