They 3 missed appointments in a row
Subject: Formal Escalation – Three Consecutive Missed Technician Appointments
I am writing to formally complain about Xfinity’s repeated failure to provide a scheduled technician to repair my TV.
For three consecutive days, I waited three hours each day for a technician who never showed up. That is nine hours of my personal time wasted because Xfinity failed to honor its commitments on three separate occasions.
The $37 credit I was offered is completely inadequate compensation for this unacceptable experience. I should not have to repeatedly rearrange my schedule and sit at home waiting for technicians who never arrive.
I have been promised another appointment for October 20, but given Xfinity’s track record over the past three days, I have little confidence that this appointment will be honored.
I am requesting the following:
- A full month of service credit in recognition of the repeated failures and the nine hours of my time wasted.
- Written confirmation that my October 20 appointment is properly scheduled and will be honored.
- Escalation of this complaint to Executive Customer Relations for review and resolution.
This is not an isolated missed appointment. It is three consecutive failures to provide a service I was promised. A $37 credit does not adequately address the time, frustration, and inconvenience this has caused.
I expect Xfinity to take responsibility for this situation and provide a meaningful resolution rather than another apology and another promise.
Please respond in writing regarding my requested compensation and the status of my October 20 appointment.
