THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE

I have been an Xfinity Mobile customer for less than 2 months and have already had to get the FCC involved. Ive been hung up on, lied to on every call, they lost my number along with my wife's, the list goes on. This company has sincerely bought me to tears. They even gave my information to a third party, and stole my devices. And no one there is trying to take ownership of their lack of customer service. Multibillion dollar company. They have now charged my closed card, ON MY WIFE's BIRTHDAY! When I'm cancelling during buyers remorse! I can NOT make this up! This company is truly the ABSOLUTE WORSE! I'm in tears YET AGAIN!! CAN SOMEONE WHO CARES PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL ME!! YOU HAVE NOW STOLEN PHONES AND NOW MY MONEY!! How could this even happen if I've been working with someone with closing my account?!?!?!?!? Like this is SICK. Can;t even enjoy her day because Xfinity ruins everything it touches and can't even own up to their mistakes!
