Thanks for connecting with us here, @randy453, about your cable box. This is an odd one. No worries, you have the right team to help. Can you tell me the model number on the bottom of the cable box? Also, did it just go down or have you not used this one in a while?

The problem may be similar to the one posted at https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/x1/pace-loader-no-software-to-execute/64182b5e61d17c4791248aee. The information posted may actually be "pace pxd01ani (74371cu)".
