There is an orange cable in my yard!

Please bury the drop in my backyard. The tech who came in early September said Xfinity would reach out to us to have this buried. That didn’t happen and I have turned in multiple communications asking for someone to contact me and have never had any Xfinity rep reach out. It has been almost 2 months and the tech said it would be about 10 days. We want to have this buried before the ground freezes.
