There is an orange cable in my yard

On June 24th, 2024, a technician was at my house and I was told that a new line needed to be installed from the box to my house. After waiting over two months, it is still running through the middle of my yard.  After multiple calls to Comcast Support nothing is resolved, and I am told that I would be given "something" for my issues- I have received nothing but a headache and no progress. They scheduled a technician appointment for Sunday but my only issue is the exposed cable and I'm fairly sure the technician won't be able to resolve that. I myself have tripped over the cables several times while trying to mow around them, and a neighbor child has now tripped over the cord and sustained an injury. The ground has not been wet, or frozen, or anything other than ideal for burying cables. So, the problem must be that Comcast contractors are not available. I'm desperate for a solution and posting here as another avenue to urge Comcast to get a different or simply another contractor to get these safety hazards buried. Please help
