There is a service address on my account that is not mine.

There is a service address on my account which is not mine.   My next bill is over $100 more than usual.  I was assured my bill would be the same.  This unauthorized service address has ordered service and equipment on my account.  I have called numerous times in  last 2 weeks and have been assured it’s been taken care of.    It has not.  If this isn’t rectified, I will be cancelling my service.

Good evening @Ljann, and thank you for reaching out to us on our Community Forums regarding your concerns about an unauthorized service address appearing on your account. We understand how alarming it can be to see unexpected charges—especially when your bill is significantly higher than usual—and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

We’d be happy to take a closer look at your account to determine what’s going on, including reviewing any unauthorized services or equipment orders, and identify the appropriate next steps to resolve this.

To get started, please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address currently listed on your account. Once we have that information, we can securely review the details and assist further.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

We look forward to helping get this resolved for you.
