there is a low hanging wire at our residence, who do I contact to repair it

A Xfinity wire is hanging very low at our residence. I don't know if a limb fell on it or what.  How do we get someone to come and repair it?

I would contact 888-COMCAST and ask for a service technician to come out and fix this issue

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

The comcast wires at the street are very low.   The wires cross a shared driveway of 5 houses.   In 2022 a truck hit them and a temporary cable was spliced in.  A new cable was pulled in 2024 but it was never connected! So we are still functioning on the temporary splice.     My neighbor is planning a major house remodel and I am sure that one of the trucks during construction will take it out.   ECM0012672395,   ECM0014444335
