There is a long orange cable in my yard and I have not had any help getting this buried. PLEASE HELP!
Recently moved into a house and the previous owner had Xfinity cable installed. They mentioned this drop cable should have been sunk, but no one ever came after multiple replies.
I need this buried ASAP as I have kids and a dog in the backyard.
As a current Xfinity customer, getting no help via phone is unacceptable.
Please assist and provide details to get this taken care of, since this is a major hazard.
