There is a green box outside that is a potential fire hazard. We need it covered properly immediately. Who do we call?

Xfinity workers hve left a gree box outside in disarray. It is uncovered and there are wires hanging out with shrubbery all around. This is very unsightly and more important DANGEROUS. Who do we call to get this handled ASAP!!
