there hanging on my garage roof

Trying to get Comcast to come out and move their lines over to the new pole. Extreme installed a new pole , and said Comcast Xfinity would have to come out to move their internet lines. It's been over a year now, and Comcast has not come out yet. and there hanging on my garage roof. making this public in case something happens to my roof they can pay for it.

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
