There are unexplained charges on my bill and the assistant will not let me contact a human

I am stuck with this automatic assistant saying it cannot help me and to look up common questions. There is an unexplained charge on my bill, please just let me talk to a human

Thanks for reaching out to us, as a customer myself I always like to make sure I'm on top of my billing. Go ahead and send me a direct message including your first and last name and I'll be happy to look at your billing and go over all the detailed charges.

 

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
