Theme park tickets

I am attempting to see cost and potentially purchase Universal Orlando theme park tickets through Xfinity rewards - when I select the reward and go to the universal page it will not let me add tickets. This message appears, “Sorry, you can only purchase 0 number of this item in one transaction. Please complete another order to make additional purchases.” I messaged Universal to see if they could figure out how to fix it and they directed me to Xfinity. Thanks.

I'm not seeing any rewards running currently for those tickets at this time. To confirm, you are seeing an offer for the tickets through your rewards page currently, but getting an error when trying to purchase?

Yes that is correct. It was 3 day ticket for two day price.
