The xfinity.com website is buggy and I'd like to report it - should be fixed for the Chrome browser
The xfinity.com website has a software bug that causes it to not work correctly on the Chrome browser (likely the most popular browser at the moment). Specifically, after login, the user icon at the right top of the page displays the 'sign out' option as the *only option* in that menu. Clearly, billing, and all the other account tabs are missing in this menu. It can be extremely frustrating for users who want to pay their bills online. Please fix this promptly!!! NOTE: there should be an official way to report bugs in your website, but there isn't at the moment.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

The website today errors on going to billing page, no way to report it. Text verification took 8 minutes to send me a text! AI is an abomination which is obviously implmented to save money and piss off all Xfinitys cusotmers. I was 55th in line to text with a real person. What a terrible excuse for a company Xfinity is.
