I have been sitting here for an hour trying to talk to a live agent. This has happened multiple times in the past and all I need to do is talk to a live agent about something that’s going on with my account something that that robot cannot help with and I cannot get in contact with the live agent. This is ridiculousthat I have to go through this to talk to a person. This is so dumb. It’s making me want to switch Internet companies because why is it so hard to get in contact with the human?
