The Xfinity RF cable wire has disconnected from my house.

The Xfinity RF cable wire has disconnected from my house.  The guy-wire broke off,  so now the cable is wrapped around my floodlight and hanging low.  Is this something a technician can reattach, or do I need to do it myself?

@user_ocrkf0 Our team can assist with getting an appointment set up to get that wire rehung. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.
