The worst

2 separate CSR lied to me about my appointment day. Apparently no supervisor cares enough to actually take my call.

I work for a 6 billion dollar company and if one of our CSR’s treated one of our customers they way your people have treated me they would be fired. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had. I wish I didn’t have to use your company.
