The worst time dealing with a business i’ve ever had.

About a month ago I realized my bill was higher and spoke to a representative on the Xfinity Assistant chat to resolve this and get my bill down. That went alright and I received a good deal on 1gb wifi that I was happy with. After that, I was over charged and was told “credits” were added to subside the cost of the previous bill. I was still over charged and never refunded the money instead they actually added a credit to my account for the first time for next month. During this time, I had someone on the chat and someone on the phone tell me I would be receiving Disney+/Hulu for free with my account. As soon as I went to activate it I realized it wasnt there and used the xfinity chat yet again for probably the 4th in less than a few weeks. They told me i was fed misinformation, and then sent me to retention/loyalty phone call and they told me I would absolutely get it with no charge. They sent me through to technical and after 30 mins on the phone the guy told me I was to late and would not receive it and there was nothing he could do. They will send you in circles and lie and take your money with no refund like nobody else. Horrible service, nobody has any clue whats going on.

user_mltz4k The Disney+ Hulu bundle is still a current offer, and we would be happy to help see if that was included in your promotion. This is on the higher speed options, as you mentioned, but would for sure show in your customer approval if it were included. It would have also been included in your confirmation email with the summary of the offer. Do you by chance have that email? It would have arrived 24 to 48 hours after the chance was complete?
