The worst service - no communication for 3 months
I’ve been trying to get internet set up at my house for 3 months. Xfinity has sent out five different people who have all told us we don’t have a line going to our house and assure us they will submit a ticket to have it installed.
We have not heard back from a single person to follow up. No construction crew has ever come out or contacted us. Two of the people who came out gave me their personal number. One never answers me and the other just tells me he’s “looking into it”. It’s been 3 months. This is ridiculous.
what do I have to do to get someone to actually contact the construction crew to come connect our internet? It’s so straightforward, and we’ve been told it will only take an hour and is easy to do.
