The WORST customer service!!
I’d honestly rather switch to AT&T at this point.. the customer service IS HORRIBLE! I notified a rep of a problem I had with my card, I had to change the card because I was getting ready to close my bank account. Fine they put in a request to stop the payment.. says I’m good it will stop the payment within a couple hours.. why did I go on my bank account and it’s now negative because it was still taken out! Then I chat with someone else, he puts in a ticket for a refund, within 2min of ending the chat I get a text my refund was denied?! I’m so through.. they play that [Edited: Language] “I’m so sorry for the inconvenience” only to do a half [Edited: Language] job and quickly end the chat so they don’t have to deal with that..
