The worst customer service of any company

I elected to get Xfinity when I moved for my cable and internet. What a massive mistake. It has been the worst experience and they just keep charging me fees to fix problems they created. It is a miracle if you can get an onshore person on the phone. My advice to anyone looking for cable and internet is to run far, far away from Xfinity. As I stand in the store waiting 30+ minutes for the second time in a month to get my bill corrected, I wish I had read these reviews before I made my choice. Has to be the worst company in the US.
