The worst customer service in the world
It is horrible how much time and effort they spent making this company have the worst customer service ever on purpose. It is their business model to frustrate you over and over again and have AI agents mess up your account month after month. Cancelling is impossible, talking to a real person is impossible. Horrible company and they should change their name again
After 3 months of trying to cancel and 3 ai agents promising me its all taken care of I still have an overdue charge they won't remove because they can never cancel my account correctly. AI is way better than what they are using as well. Pure planned incompetence

Unfortunately my concern this has not been resolved to my liking, or to the extent of any reputable company, and I have filed complaints regarding my frustrations with AI chatbots misleading me time and again.
I do not believe it is ok to have AI agents of this poor quality to be representing a company worth so much money and then not follow through on the false promises and confusion they lead to. Customers! If you have been promised something by AI agents (and yes I know they are all you are allowed to speak with normally, humans aren't available), whatever they say to you is not binding and will be discredited by any real human that reviews your account! We promise you there will be no charges? lie. We cancelled your account on time? yeah right !! Save your reference numbers and screenshots but it won't do much
Turns out after a month of a headache, I actually did owe money, but only after the first 6 Xfinity agents told me I didn't and it was all okay and to wait a month and it'll clear up on the next billing! Your 7th agent may be able to correctly assess a simple cancellation request when you want to discontinue service. Ok I am done now
