The worst customer service in america

Xfinity's customer service on the phone is astoundingly terrible. The robot that answers the phone is consistently so incredibly difficult to use I can't believe it. It makes siri look like Einstein. It always takes at best several calls to even get it to allow me to begin troubleshooting since it doesn't recognize my phone number or zip code and it is generally impossible to get it to look me up by address which is the only way it will allow me to progress. I spent a long time  with an agent attempting to fix this and apperantly we failed. Even if you just need to restart your network with the automated system following the specific tree to get it to help you is essentially impossible. Furthermore if I attempt to put this under the correct complaint tags the website experiences a convenient technical issue. The automated system is truly the worst customer service experience of my life. Agents have told me they know how bad it is and it will be "fixed soon" for years. Ridiculous
