The worst customer service ever!
I spent entirely too long on the phone service trying everything to speak with a representative. Not once did it connect me and it hung up multiple times! Then I spent well over a half hour on the AI system trying to speak with a "live agent"... after messaging back and forth with the agent trying to talk to a customer service representative i was supposed to get a "callback in 20mins" which it's been over an hour waiting and still no call. During the conversation with the supposed "live agent" they accused me of leaving the chat, when I never did, and acted as if we had to start over. It took way too long to get the "live agent" to even say I would be getting a callback in 20mins. I have the hole conversation screenshot as well! Then I went to post this complaint on your forum and selected the "tag" it deleted everything I wrote! This is absolutely ridiculous!

I am not having difficulties with my service. I need to speak with a customer service representative. I need to get my account edited. I would like a call from a customer service representative

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I have called multiple times! And could not reach one real person!!! I then did the chat and didn't get the callback that they made for me!!!! I want my call back!!! I can't keep talking to a machine and never get no where just for it to hang up!!!!
