The worst company ever

I've been a customer since 2021. Everything was awesome until, I decided to use xfinity for home security. That was the worst decision I ever made in my life. The technician installed the cameras so high on the house,  I can't be remove them. The day of my installation I was told not to worry, I could call to to have them removed. After going back and forth with agents, some saying that Xfinity can remove them others saying I now own them I have to get them down. All of this after paying over $600 for equipment I can't use at the other property. Because people don't know there jobs and giving out incorrect information. And a company that stand behind their employees doing and saying incorrect information. Please run to the competition when it getting home security from xfinity. Customer service is horrible and ghetto.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
