The Technician Came and Rescheduled three times without any explanation and respect

I scheduled installation yesterday and a guy came and said the external cable is on neighbor's house so he cannot access it, then he left and reschedule the installation today.  Today another technican and checked the external cable then just left without any words/explanation - even never steped into my house. I called him and he was very rude said he will reschedule for tomorrow, without telling any technical issue he met and why he left today. I need to work and no one will stay at home without internet and just wait for the technican come three days. I paid for the installation fee but be treated in this way.... How do you handle this situation? How xfinity/comcast solve this issue ???
