The Surveys Are A Joke

We have been treated horribly by Xfinity reps these last two days while trying to fix an issue that was caused when one of their techs completely cut our service wire in half and then left without saying a word. After waiting for two days in a house that didn’t function, a different tech arrived to fix the others mistake. He did his job and was very respectful. He told us to make sure to fill out the survey, as the one we would be receiving was strictly based on the work he had done this morning and would be a major portion of his evaluation.

The first question on the survey was how likely are we to recommend Xfinity to a friend or family member. That answer will always be 0, and has absolutely nothing to do with the tech that came to fix a mistake of a coworker. 

Over the past few days we have filled out several surveys that ask multiple questions. However when it comes to their tech’s apparently it only asks one that has absolutely nothing to do with them. No matter how great the tech is, we’re still not recommending Xfinity. 

So not only does Xfinity not respect their clients, they are wording surveys to give their good techs bad reviews. Shameful.
