The service is interrupted in the neighborhood for two days, from the afternoon until midnight.
They send a message in the afternoon saying they are fixing a problem and will restore service by 6 PM, but the service doesn't return until after midnight. This deception and misinformation has continued for two consecutive days.

Thank you for reaching out. The time estimate that is viewable in the App is an approximation of when our Maintenance Team expects services to be restored. There are times when the work being done unexpectedly takes longer than anticipated. We are sorry that this is frustrating, especially when you count on being able to connect.
