The process of speaking to a live agent is ridiculous

it took me 9:22 minutes to speak to a live person, after being asked 6 or more times to be sent to the automated system. I spend a lot of money on cable and I have to go through hoops just to speak to a real person.

After being disconnected during the first attempt on another unsuccessful 5-minute call.
