The paper internet bill was not sent.

Hello Xfinity Customer Support,

I would like to report that I have not received my paper internet bill by mail until now.

Kindly check my account and confirm whether paper billing is active, and if needed, please resend the latest bill or advise how I can ensure receiving it regularly.

Thanks for posting on our community forums, @user_03c13n. The easiest way to manage your billing statement would be online or through our Xfinity App. Have you tried using our Xfinity website or app? You can turn off paperless billing through the Xfinity App by selecting Account > bill details > Bill Settings > Paperless billing > turn off.
