The outage map is useless
The outage map does not utilize the outage size displayed in the legend. This makes the map useless. If the outage is only my house, then I need to get in the queue for service. If the outage is large then I will patiently wait for service to be restored

Good afternoon user_zo9mdc. We would be happy to look into this further for you. Are you currently signed up our text alerts? You can also view more information about service interruptions here. On the Xfinity App under the services screen if you are in an active service interruption it will also be indicated on that screen. Please let me know if this helps.
