The outage map and your application says "looks good" but an entire neighborhood has no service

We have no internet after a storm and your outage map says "looks good". Every one of our neighbors has tried reporting an outage and all get the same annoying response. There are *at least* 10 houses experiencing this. We just want to know that the outage has been noted, that you are aware it is widespread and NOT related to our modem or something trite.  But at least we want you to acknowledge that there is an outage!

Hello @user_lrfece, Thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you and others are having service interruptions.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

@user_lrfece great question, To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
