The on demand feature will not work

I wanted to access a movie I previously purchased. My television won't connect to the on demand feature nor will it allow me to access my movie.  I rebooted the box, and that didn't work.

Hey there @user_opvgqn so sorry to hear about the issue with your cable box! Are you seeing error messages/codes when going to On-Demand? Are you able to see this program when going to the Xfinity Stream App?  Is your cable box older or a cable card? Our article on X1 Box Types should help ID that. This is important as older cable boxes do loose certain functionality as they are phased out.
