The most expensive xfinity lie of 2025

I switched from my previous internet provider and cell phone carrier in 2025, i also got a home phone installed and referred my sister to get the same. Multiple lines, and gig speed internet  and a kickback was promoted and promised that i would receive a $500 mastercard gift card and also a referral kick back from my sisters install and switchover for referring her, my install guy said it would be a few months before I would get it. Which I was okay with, now that 5 months have went by and no card, i went on to the incentive tracker and entered my information and the next day they sent me a $200 virtual card, and shorting me $300/ it being a  mastercard. I have called every xfinity number i could find that would have an actual human to speak with,  and all they want to do is put me on hold forever or transfer me around and around,  even transferring me to Verizon wireless.at one point. This is horrible customer service, lies and a scam all at the same time. I would definitely like to have this made right or im just going to cancel with xfinity. Does anyone else have this issue? Because I bet they do.
