The most dishonest company

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, you sign up for a 5 year plan and after 12 month your bill triples, when you call or go in-person they give you some bullshit runaround explanation, they lie and say one thing & then do something different, you pay your bill off showing zero balance but you still get statements sent saying you owe, you call them out on it and they tell you to disregard any bills that you receive, in the meantime your perfect credit gets all [Edited: "Language"], all they say is we're sorry disregard any further statements and it continues and continues...

I'm sorry to read that the errors has created an issue for your credit report as well. I know how damaging a invalid report on your credit can be. I would love to help and work to have the account corrected. If the account was sent to collections we can also have a letter sent to the agency once the account is corrected and balance removed.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
