The cable service is HORRIBLE!!!!!

Good afternoon,

I have been a "Xfinity" customer for over three years!  The only reason I keep the horrible “Xfinity” service is there is on other internet or cable provider in my area!  I really hate and despise the cable service Xfinity provides in the area.  It pixels out every other three seconds!  My experiences with your company have been nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by incompetence, unresponsiveness, and outright disregard for customer satisfaction.  Doesn’t matter what channel I am on.  My grandbabies can’t watch Rachel or cartoons without it pixeling out so many times they get disinterested in the show!  Did I type, I hate “Xfinity”!  As much as I pay for cable, I should get something so much better!  When any other cable provider is available in my area, I WILL be cancelling my service with ComCast/Xfinity!

Warm regards,

-JIM

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_8lb6hb I am sorry to hear about the cable service you have been experiencing, I can completely understand your frustration. No one wants to watch a pixelated screen, especially kids!

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
