The absolute worst.
I’m done being patient. Xfinity has now canceled multiple technician appointments, and my internet STILL isn’t fixed. Your service has been unreliable for far too long, and your customer support has been nothing short of a joke.
One of the cancellations was because your automated system falsely claimed my internet was “healthy” — even though I explicitly told your support team it is NOT working and that a technician needed to come out immediately. That’s completely unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to argue with a robot to get basic service.
I’ve wasted HOURS on the phone and in chats trying to get this resolved, only to be pushed in circles and canceled on over and over again. This is outrageous, and you are clearly not taking customer issues seriously.
Here's what needs to happen — now:
Send a technician. Do not cancel. Do not reschedule. Just show up and fix the issue.
Issue a service credit for every day I’ve been dealing with this.
Provide an actual explanation of why this keeps happening and what you’re going to do about it.
If this doesn’t get resolved immediately, I’ll be filing complaints with the FCC, BBB, and my state’s attorney general. I’m also exploring legal options for breach of contract and failure to deliver services I’m paying for.
This is your last chance to handle this professionally before I take it further.
