The absolute worst customer service
I have been trying to get in contact with a live agent for over four days. I keep getting put through the voice menu screen and it’s not working. Nothing is working. I’ve been trying to call about my move. I was told I was gonna be called back no one ever called me back. I’ve been trying to contact you and nothing is working for me. I am extremely frustrated. I’ve gone five days without Internet and no one is calling me or seems to give any care at all. This company is terrible.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
