The absolute WORST customer service experience
I would never recommend Xfinity to anyone. They made it so hard to cancel service. One rep refused to help me and told me to hang up and call back if I wanted to speak to someone else when I asked for a supervisor or callback from a supervisor. They wouldn’t close account after 3 weeks of trying just so they could charge me another month. Whenever anyone asks me who I recommend I tell them NOT Xfinity. The store says one thing and the over the phone says something else. Rude and unhelpful representatives. Of the 8 I spoke with only 2 were helpful and respectful. Never again.

I also had a horrible experience cancelling my service. I scheduled a cancellation date that they "forgot" about and proceeded to charge me the next month. I had to call in and waste an hour of my day because Xfinity forgot to process a cancellation and made a convenient mistake for their pocket books. When I was refunded I also received the incorrect lower amount, which the email took 2 hours to send and I had already left the call so couldn't correct as now the representative that made it hard for me to complete cancellation in the first place wasn't on the phone any longer. Xfinity never again for me!
