The absolute WORST customer service experience

I would never recommend Xfinity to anyone. They made it so hard to cancel service. One rep refused to help me and told me to hang up and call back if I wanted to speak to someone else when I asked for a supervisor or callback from a supervisor. They wouldn’t close account after 3 weeks of trying just so they could charge me another month. Whenever anyone asks me who I recommend I tell them NOT Xfinity. The store says one thing and the over the phone says something else. Rude and unhelpful representatives. Of the 8 I spoke with only 2 were helpful and respectful. Never again.
