Thanks to these reps I'll be switching my services to At&t soon

The representative I spoke to Chen did not want to get me a supervisor. She says she's on overtime and her supervisor was not available until 11 and to call back. I told her i work from home and i was suppose to start at 8am. and she wants me to wait until 11 to call back. Chen hung up on me. i never used foul language. That is ridiculous. I also spoke to Sky who says her supervisor is not around. Both agents were rude especially Chen. She was talking over me. Being a smart and condescending. I'll be taking my services to At&t next month. I thought about adding my phone line services with xfinity since i just finished paying off my line but because of reps like that, I don't want to deal with that. No one seems to be listening to what I was saying. Ur customer reps like to talk over people and dismiss my concerns and just keep repeating themselves. IM DONE!!!
