Thank you Jenny!

I did not receive a feedback request from Xfinity after Jenny helped me on the phone so I am posting here. I know customer service is on the front lines and they only seem to hear complaints about the service but I wanted to thank Jenny for her wonderful customer service on 11/27. She was very patient and thorough. She helped me through my issues in a professional and kind way. I really appreciate her help. Thank you Jenny!
