Texts asking to return non-existing equipment

Hello,
I have recently moved so closed my former Xfinity account and opened another one. I am receiving text messages about returning equipment within 30 days. I used all my own equipment and never received any Xfinity equipment so I don't know what items these messages are referring to.
I did double check the Xfinity device return page, where there are also no devices for me to select to return.
I am worried that this might lead to a charge on my account and want to confirm if these are just automated messages or if there's an issue with my service closing.
Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out to us @Hazel14! This is not the experience we want you to have! Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.-

I am also experiencing this same issue. I have no equipment, there is no equipment under "devices to return" page, yet I have still received repeated text messages asking me to return equipment.
