Texts about returning Xfinity equipment

I canceled my Xfinity internet service about a month ago and used my own modem. I did not have Flex streaming box either.

However, I keep receiving text messages asking me to return equipment. I have already chatted with Xfinity support, and they told me to ignore the messages, but they keep coming.

Going to the link in the text doesn't list any equipment to return.

Can an official Xfinity employee please check my account to confirm that I do not have any equipment to return and help stop these messages?

I want to make sure I am not at risk of being charged for unreturned equipment.

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
