Texts about returning equipment I don't have
I have recently closed my Xfinity account and am receiving text messages about returning equipment within 30 days? I used all my own modem and router during service and never received any Xfinity equipment so I don't know what items these messages are referring to.
I did double check the Xfinity device return page, where there are also no devices for me to select to return.
I am worried that this might lead to a charge on my account and want to confirm if these are just automated messages or if there's an issue with my service closing.
