Terrible

WiFi [Edited: "Language"], customer service is even worse. Gets progressively worse the longer I’m with them. Can’t get ahold of anybody except the AI, trying to talk to a live agent is impossible. GOD AWFUL experience, [Edited: "Inflammatory/Language"], don’t recommend. Upgrade my wifi for no cost, or [Edited: "Inflammatory/Language"] I’m cancelling the plan.
