Terrible

Xfinity has the worst service of any company i have ever dealt with. My modem goes offline multiple times daily and I never get a human being when I try. The bot always says let me get you some help ...  it never comes. I am considering options for a class action because they are just stealing $ at this point.

You are in the right place and we are happy to assist you today. Do you notice a pattern of when the modem goes offline? Does it happen at the same time every time it goes offline?
